Protecting your private information is our priority.  This Statement of Privacy applies to AlpineBikeWorks.com and Alpine Bike Works, LLC and governs data collection and usage.  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Alpine Bike Works, LLC include AlpineBikeWorks.com and ABW.  The ABW website is an e-Commerce site.  By using the ABW website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

ABW discloses your personal information to Brand Partners as required to offer certain programs.  In such instances, relevant personal information is collected during the transaction process between ABW and the purchaser and subsequently delivered to the Brand Partner.  In particular, such non-sensitive personal information will be shared with Giant Bicycle, Inc and all associated requests for removal shall be processed through said manufacturer, rather than ABW. 

ABW may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ABW or the Site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ABW; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of ABW, or the public.
